Having earned the unique Corps of Engineers Certification for Environmental Quality Assurance, Larry was also the recipient of the Construction Specifications Institute’s highest award for the use of engineered building components.

We use laser equipment to perform our on-site investigations and the latest technology to design, estimate, and schedule your project. We do know and use all tried and true methods from our over 48 years of building experience to give you the best service.
We design custom and luxury homes. We take pride in being a green design-builder and a licensed, certified, and registered building designer. Our company also provides mortgage inspections. We have built more than 2,000 houses, designed 900, built over 8 million feet of commercial property, and developed over 3,000 acres.
